Draw or type your signature, drag it onto the page where it belongs, and download the signed document. Nothing is uploaded, so contracts stay on your machine.

Signing a document without printing it
The print, sign, scan, email cycle is one of the more absurd rituals of office life, and it produces a worse result than doing it digitally: a crooked, grey, three-megabyte scan of a page that was perfectly crisp to begin with. Placing a signature directly on the PDF keeps the document at full quality and takes a fraction of the time.
Draw the signature with a mouse, trackpad or finger, or type your name in a handwriting face if you would rather. Either way it is trimmed tight, positioned where you want it on the page, and stamped onto the document on your own machine. The contract never leaves your device.
Common questions
Is a signature added this way legally binding?
In many jurisdictions a simple electronic signature is legally recognised for everyday agreements, but the rules vary by country and by the type of document — property, wills and some financial instruments frequently have stricter requirements. If the document matters, check what applies where you are. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.
What is the difference between this and a digital signature?
This places a visible image of your signature on the page, which is what most agreements and forms actually ask for. A digital signature in the cryptographic sense is a different thing: it uses a certificate to prove mathematically that a file has not been altered since signing. If you have been asked specifically for a certificate-based signature, you need dedicated software for that.
Can I put the signature on a particular page?
Yes. Choose the page from the list; it defaults to the last page, which is where signatures usually go. Drag the signature to the exact spot before you stamp it.
Is my contract uploaded to a server?
No. The document is opened in your browser, the signature is applied there, and the signed copy is written to your device. That is the whole point of building it this way.
These utilities are the small end of what we do. TechnoSyn builds custom applications, business systems and internal tools for people who depend on them daily. If you have something larger that needs building, tell us what you are trying to do.
