PDF Toolkit

Merge several PDFs into one, pull out a range of pages, rotate pages, or delete the ones you do not need — all without uploading a document anywhere.

Your documents never leave your device. Every operation runs inside your own browser, so contracts, statements and scans stay private — nothing is uploaded to us, and nothing is stored.

Working on documents that should not leave your machine

PDF work has an awkward property: the documents that most need rearranging are often the ones you would least like to upload. Contracts, invoices, medical letters, tenancy agreements, anything with a bank detail on it. The usual free PDF sites all work by taking a copy of your file onto their servers, which for a confidential document is a decision worth making deliberately rather than by habit.

Everything here runs inside your browser. Merging, splitting, rotating, reordering, numbering and watermarking all happen on your own device, and the finished document is written straight to your downloads. Nothing is transmitted, so there is no copy to be retained, indexed or leaked.

Common questions

Can I merge PDFs without uploading them?

That is exactly what this does. Add the files, put them in the order you want, and the merged document is assembled locally.

How do I take just a few pages out of a PDF?

Use extract and give the range, for example 2-5 or 1, 4, 9-11. The pages you list are kept in a new document and the rest are left behind.

Can I reverse the page order?

Yes. Choose reorder and enter a backwards range such as 10-1. You can also give an explicit order like 3, 1, 2 to put pages exactly where you want them.

Why is there no option to compress a PDF?

Because the honest version is harder than it looks. Most so-called PDF compressors simply convert every page into a picture, which makes the text unselectable, unsearchable and blurry on screen. We would rather leave the feature out than ship something that quietly ruins documents.

Why is there no redaction tool?

For the same reason. Nearly every free redaction tool draws a black rectangle over the text and leaves the text itself sitting in the file, fully selectable and fully copyable by anyone who opens it. That is a genuine confidentiality risk dressed up as a feature, so we have not built it.

These utilities are the small end of what we do. TechnoSyn builds custom applications, business systems and internal tools for people who depend on them daily. If you have something larger that needs building, tell us what you are trying to do.
