Mobile Applications
From a first release through store submission and the updates that follow. We build for real conditions rather than demo conditions: the app works when the signal drops, syncs sensibly when it returns, and does not nag people into notifications they never asked for. If the app needs a backend, we build that too, and you own it. Store listings, privacy policies and data-deletion requirements are part of the job, not an afterthought once the code is done.

Clinic and Practice Systems
Patient records, appointments, treatment plans, billing and reporting for small and mid-size practices. These systems run on your own hardware or your own network, so patient data does not leave the building unless you decide it should. We have built for single-doctor clinics and for multi-chair practices, and we size the system to the practice: some need a machine on every desk, some need one machine that nobody has to patch at midnight.

Internal Tools and Automation
The spreadsheet that quietly became load-bearing. The process still running on email and somebody's memory. The report that takes a day a month to assemble by hand. We turn these into something with a real database behind it, an interface the team can use without training, and an export that actually works. This is usually smaller and faster to build than people expect, because the hard part — knowing what the process really does — is already sitting in your team's heads.

IT and Systems Consulting
Infrastructure, service management and security work drawn from two decades of running these systems in production rather than from a certification syllabus. ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, SCADA and ICS environments, data centre operations, and alignment work against ISO 27001 and IEC 62443. Useful when you need somebody who has been accountable for uptime to look at your environment and tell you plainly what will break first.
