TechnoSyn is a software house. We design, build and ship applications for clients who want direct access to the people writing the code.
Two years of shipping software that people use every day.
We build across the stack: applications for phones, for desktops, and for teams working on their own network, along with the databases underneath all of it. Clinic management, patient records, group scoring, small utilities.
Behind the code sits a long background in enterprise and industrial IT. It is why we care as much about how software behaves in its second year as how it looks on launch day.

Our mission
Build software small teams can actually run — then hand it over so it stays theirs.
We would rather be judged on whether the thing still works in a year.
A lot of small organisations end up renting software they cannot change, cannot export from, and cannot run without a subscription. We build the opposite: systems that live on your hardware, store data in a schema you can read, and come with the source.
That means we sometimes talk clients out of the bigger project. A single-doctor clinic does not need a server. A five-person team does not need a workflow engine. Getting that call right matters more to us than the size of the invoice.
