This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data from any application published by TechnoSyn.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@technosyn.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, and include:
- the name of the application you used;
- the email address associated with your account.
We only use these details to locate your account and confirm the request.
What gets deleted
On receiving a verified request, we delete:
- your account and profile details, including your name and email address;
- content you created in the app, such as scores, records and notes;
- your membership of any groups or teams within the app;
- usage and device data linked to your account.
What we may keep, and for how long
We may retain a limited record of the deletion request itself, and any data we are required by law to keep, for as long as that obligation lasts. Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained. Routine backups are overwritten on their normal cycle and are fully purged within 90 days.
How long it takes
Requests are actioned within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
